There are many things in life people want to accomplish, such as; to satisfy their needs and necessities, to be loved and to be secured. Without a solid education or the correct disciplining, people will fail to accomplish these goals. Why then is school so important?
Firstly, school is the forum of education and disciplining. Children are taught right from wrong, they have to follow rules and regulations, and they have to be respectful. These are the factors that churn out scholars in out society. Discipline will only result in the efficiency, courtesy, patience, and understanding of an individual.
Secondly, educated persons have choices. This is the major reason why people should always make the best out of school. With a college degree, persons are able to attain well paid jobs that will make them affluent. Men and women who pursue a career are self confident, and later become self actualized. They will be able to cover their expenses, to save, and lend a helping hand to others.
Consequently, persons who fail to complete school are immediately placed in a dilemma. Without any qualification they will not be able to get a proper job. Many of them turn to crime after a low paying job cannot cover their expenses nor provide food. Crime will eventually result in death or imprisonment. Statistics have shown that the majority of criminals are high school drop outs.
